It is play time. Our school has a NO hat, NO play rule.
A student comes to me looking very concerned.
Me: What's the matter student X?
Student X: Miss I can't find my hat.
Me: Looks at the child... "Your hat is on your head"
Student X: With hat on his head looks up into the sky in attempt to find his hat. The hat
moves as he lifts his head.
Student X: 'I can't see it' and makes a sad face.
Me: Reaches for hat and shows him it's on his head.
Student X: Smiles and walks away.
Kids make me laugh all the time!!
